Very horrible service. All the phone calls I made to this place is outsource to call centers and people overseas . Keep getting the runaround by a bunch of people. All over a dam fuel receipt

Your “loves pay” in the app is terrible! Tried to start the pump from the app, I fueled twice and the card still didn’t verify, called your customer service and they tell me I’m supposed to go inside to swipe pay to verify and then wait 24 hours again, says nothing about going inside on your app. Since I’m here I’ll get a few things off my chest, Loves has good showers but do y’all purposely go out and find the worst snacks and foods available that cause cancer and sickness, it’s a shame that such nice facilities are stocked... read more

Don't fuel at any Love's unless you pay with cash or card at the cashier. I fueled $20, paying by card at the pump, and they held $175.00 on my card for ten days. They'll tell you it's the bank, but my bank didn't have any control on the timeline.

Why is Loves putting a $175.00 charge on my credit card when I only bought $18.86 worth of fuel? There is no phone number to call about this. The staff inside said they don't know. Why is that? What rip-off game is Love's playing? Correct this now!
