Honestly I’m very satisfied with the Hon Ignition 2.0 I got from atWork, my only point of complaint with the product would be the lack of height adjustability on the head rest, as it may not be the most comfortable depending on the users own height, I.e it’s in a kind of awkward spot for me at 6’0” but I would say it’s still nice to have AtWork themselves were very easy to work with, they communicate in a very clean and open manner to ensure the delivery goes well and follow up on the purchase afterwards.
