Was good whilst the inital contact and paperwork, And thats where the Good Customer service ENDED, the vehicle had just past a MOT, so i thought it would be in good working order, oh i was very very wrong, felt a rattle after only 300 miles, so took it to ford for a health check, DPF damage, Corroded coolant pipe (leaking) rear shocks leaking and damaged. brake pads and shoes under the legal limit.
