I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this cake shop. Not only did they completely ruin the cake design I had ordered, but what made the situation worse was their refusal to take any responsibility for the mistake. Instead of acknowledging what went wrong, their team chose to shift the blame onto my brother, who simply picked up the cake.
