I was very offended from the nasty and unprofessional treatment from one of the staff. = no sale.
I was extremely nervous dress shopping. I was convinced I wouldn't like anything and have a generally unpleasant experience. A colleague encouraged me to check out Lovely and I am so so happy that I did! The store is beautiful, super clean and smells good lol. The selection is sick, too. I wanted something a bit more unique and was able to try on a ton of different options. What made my experience so amazing though was Liza. This experience was so amazing! Jas did such a great job in making sure she understood what I loved and felt confident in. She walked me through all of the different styles that fit my ideal dress. My bridal squad felt so comfortable and loved the experience also! 10/10 recommend Lovely Bride for your bridal experience!
