Wasn’t a terrible experience but wasn’t great either. For as pricey as their dresses are I was expecting a little better service. I went in for a sip & see they had a few months back and Alina was great and got me all set up with an appointment. I had the BEST experience trying on wedding dresses for the first time at Lovely Bride. The store was seriously so cute...the second we walked in, we were obsessed. It felt like a bridal dream, and I never felt stressed or rushed. My guests and I absolutely loved it. Also, BIG shoutout to Diana! She was an actual angel. I had a wonderful experience at Lovely Bride, so much so that I said yes to the dress today! My consultant Alina truly made the experience. She listened with care, was extremely communicative, and was a trusted advisor when searching for a dress! I cannot recommend enough 🤍
Out of the 5 boutiques I went to, Lovely was the best! Beautiful designer selections, great prices, and even better customer service. Desiree made me feel so comfortable, seen, and heard. The personal experience was the icing on the cake. I didn't feel rushed or pushed to purchase. It was truly a special experience. Absolutely loved Lovely! Than you so much!
