Diana is the most incredible person I have met on my bridal journey! She is so warm, sweet, charismatic and professional! Seriously would buy the whole store just for her if I could. Such a beautiful person inside and out and made me feel so wonderful during my appointment. I was initially hesitant because of the appointment fee but trust me it is well worth it. After visiting many free bridal appointments I wish I had just saved my time and gone here first instead. Please ask for Diana, you will have an incredible time.
This is looonnggg over due but I came in few days after Christmas to Lovely Bride and had a phenomenal experience. Dianna I hope you can see this but the dress I chose was the one that my mom had picked out for me the seraphine. Thank you so much for all that you did for me and my family who came. I don't normally leave one star reviews, but it is reflective of my experience in here. I think as a bridal shop the store & its employees should try to make the experience as smooth and organized as possible, as it is such an important date and milestone for us. First, when we arrive I had to ask for champagne which is fine, ( not offered to us btw) but it was brought to us in plastic cups and I was told " I only have two hands I can't carry them all" which I felt a bit rude. Can’t say enough positive things about Lovely Bridal Houston! There is a wide range of styles and all of the dresses are in pristine condition. Dianna was very accommodating and was easy to feel comfortable around. She was inclusive of my guests while making sure that I was still the star of the show. The appointment felt relaxed and not rushed. I ended up going with the first dress that Dianna pulled for me!
Wasn’t a terrible experience but wasn’t great either. For as pricey as their dresses are I was expecting a little better service. I went in for a sip & see they had a few months back and Alina was great and got me all set up with an appointment. The appointment was great other than she showed me veils WAY over my budget and didn’t say anything until we asked (they were like 2k fyi) but she said she could help me find a similar one on Etsy.
