I attended Lovelock Healing Arts for an educational workshop. The facility is just lovely! Clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The workshop itself was led by a very knowledgeable local doctor, Dr Justine Roper. The information was clear, concise, and comprehensive. I’m excited to visit Lovelock Healing Arts again in the future!
Alayna offered one of the best yoga classes I’ve had in quite some time. During this session at the Oyster Bay Hotel, I was fully able to dive into a meditative state while she led us in gentle yoga. The sound bowls to open and close were amazing. The water feature in their courtyard along with the chosen music, wonderful touches. Looking forward to joining more of Lovelock’s classes and a sound bath soon!
This studio is beautiful and so are the classes and teachers. 10/10 recommend attending at least once a week.
Kace’s restorative yoga class is just what I needed after running two miles on the beach yesterday! My body felt held and muscles got stretched in all the right places. Her class was perfect, she offered a temple massage with essential oils at the end as well as an invigorating cup of hot turmeric ginger tea! The studio is welcoming, clean and cozy. I’ll be back soon next visit from Nola!
Late to leave a review but had an amazing class with Alayna! Perfect way to start the day. Also love the herbal elixirs and teas they have to offer.
