This is a wonderful studio for all of your wellness needs including yoga and meditation. The owners have created a space that is welcoming to all, of all of experience levels, safe and non-judgmental. Come as you are open to learn how to take care of yourself through exercise and mindfulness. Each instructor is genuinely kind and caring. If you stick to a schedule, you'll notice mobility and mental improvement quickly. Absolutely love Lovelock studios!! We’ve been living here for a year now and we’ve been searching for the best sculpt class and found it HERE!! I’ve taken Marina & Nicole’s sculpt classes which are amazing. They have top tier playlists!! Just the atmosphere, instructors, and the workouts alone are a 10/10. I always leave class feeling GREAT and always motivated to come back for more!! I’ll definitely be back to explore the other classes they have to offer too!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sculpt yoga with Marina is hands down one of the best classes I’ve taken. More cardio/calisthenic focused than traditional flow if you’re looking to get the heart rate up. Great instruction with modifiers for all physical levels. Highly recommend.
