I have never been to this attorney. However, I am looking for one. In my search, I have found many negative comments and ratings on this attorney. I'll save you the time, everyone pretty much agrees that he is unprofessional, reliable, rude, and expensive after all the hidden fees and "accidental" misunderstandings occur.
NO STARS DESERVED!!!! NO STARS....for Michael Neilsen and his secretary, Mary. A very unprofessional agency who can talk but can not walk what they say. Both for my Pre-trial conference and for my Status trial conference, my current husband and I took work off and showed up to attend the trials, at no time was I EVER informed that on the pre-trail it was canceled. I went to have a simple Will updated, what I got was the worst experience ever! If you are looking for a friendly attorney in or around Pocatello, Idaho you better keep looking. Ben Neilsen was a Jekyll-Hyde! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
