Payed numerous copays when my insurance doesn't require them. I tried telling them they were not processing it correctly. The lady got real defensive and said their system does it. She implied I didn't know what my insurance covers. Then the bill comes and I tell them they are doing something wrong on their end. Finally two months later I call my insurance and they tell me the claim was submitted wrong. Now I have to jump through hoops to get all my copays back.
After major surgery, all approved by Molina Medicare plan, I was told that my insurance had been canceled. Medicare never cancels!! Their gross error caused significant health problems both mental and physical. My blood pressure almost gave me a stroke right after carotid surgery. I had to go in person to fix this at the hospital! In 90 degree heat. Then they billed me a "facility fee" because Lovelace- profit of 720 million as of 2022 couldn't pay their electric bill.
