Update: bulk of this was written a year ago, but updating today to say they are still awesome! I was having all sorts of problems, and I thought I was depressed, or crazy, or maybe a thyroid problem and I was just so exhausted all the time, and the hot flashes were my breaking point. I’m in my late 30s so I didn’t think it could be hormones. I had discussed my problems with my regular doctor and she told me to lose weight and thought it was absurd to check hormone levels because she wouldn’t do anything for me anyways. My Au... read more
