My sister and I placed our Mom here and are forever grateful that we did so. This place is the answer to our needs for our mom. It is spotless, has loving and kind staff, bright and light filled, special food and needs taken care of with a smile. Melissa is the kindest person and her place reflects this inner beauty. It is unlike any other place we toured, and we knew instantly that it was top notch.
Loved by the Day has been a true blessing for my mother and our family. She receives attentive, individualized care from a compassionate team, and the high staff-to-resident ratio really makes a difference. The facility is always spotless, warm, and welcoming. I have complete peace of mind knowing she's in such capable hands.
So grateful that we found this facility for my aunt who has dementia! Melissa and her staff have taken very good care of her and treat their patients like family. We placed our aunt at Loved By the Day last year after it was recommended by a patient advocate. Prior to that she had been in two different facilities that were hideous. Our aunt has advanced dementia and can be challenging to handle at times but Melissa and her staff always take excellent care of her. The facility is always clean and smells fresh. They seemed well prepared last year when we had back to back hurricanes too. It is comforting to know that they are so caring.
