Very unprofessional, I asked the lady that answered the phone if they remodeled there units and she rudely said we dont need your services and hung up in my face. I called the number back and she ignored the call. I called back and she proceeded to yell at me thinking I was a telamarketer anf rudely asked do you have a elderly family member looking for a place.
