I would not give two stars for this company I had an appointment today I thought so I went to get labs and CT scan done and come back to where this freaking company dropped me off at and they cancelled my going home trip and I called and told them I was ready and they were rude as heck I would not recommend this company to my animal for a ride much less and I will see something get done about this I'm stranded in the cold with no ride I live way in the country

The old white man driving the gold colored minivan on 12/2/2025 was the nastiest man I’ve ever seen, both physically and in the way he treated people. He was rude to another transport company and purposely pulled up too close and blocked them from being able to even open their van doors so they could load and unload their stretcher patient. Did not warn there was an extra $20 feet that wasn’t even on the reservation or what the charge was for on the receipt. We gave them $61 (which was on the receipt). Yet the lady gave us a check for $19.01 despite it showing they owed us $20. They also didn’t tell us in advance that the extra $20 would be returned in a check. Absolutely horrible customer service, if you can call it that. How can you not calculate an even $20, with it already on the receipt even. Absolutely insane business practices.

I went Tuesday and tried to rent a car and I have rented here before and I was told I had to have proof of income which I didn't the last time so I left and found a picture of my income on my phone and went back to see if that would work and the lady was very rude saying you got to have it on paper I thought maybe they would have at least printed it and the other ladies were just sitting back letting her talk to me like that this made me feel very unwelcome and will not do anymore car rental with this place much less when I ... read more
