Beautiful shop. Lots of soft, colorful yarn in several weights. Very friendly and helpful owners. They had a sock class going on. If I lived a bit closer, I'd be there often.
Haven't had the chance to visit yet, but for people looking to find it, they're located in the center court area of the shopping center. Circled the whole building trying to track down the location as the business card left at Emerson's said 23 new Hartford shopping center and the website listed 16 new Hartford shopping center. The former of which Google maps says is like behind Carl's furniture all the way in the back of the parking lot.
Small for now as they await they're permanent space! I'm so happy to have found a quality LYS! I'll be back!
Outstanding shop! Regina and Lauren are knowledgeable, warm and inviting. Whether you want to take a class or learn some advanced techniques, this is the shop for you! Lauren made me believe I can make socks! My love for knitting has returned after being away from it for several years. Stop by, meet Regina and Lauren, take a class. I promise you will be glad you did!
Just went to the store and loved it! Regina was so nice and kind. She explained the different yarns to me - I’m new to knitting - and she was incredibly patient. She also told me about the workshops they offer and the fun things happening in the store. It really shows that they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be going back the next time I’m in town, and I’m definitely following them on Instagram.
