I really did some thinking on this but I feel it's only fair considering the experience I've had. I bought a fat bike in November 2024. Overall the purchase experience was good. Andy was more than willing to bring in the model I wanted and the price was great. Unfortunately that's what it ended. Right away I noticed a clicking sound in the front end. Unfortunately this store is closing this November. Andy is going Mobile so look for this to happen soon. He still has some good stuff and bikes for sale. Support your local bike shops.

Went to Andy for a bike fitting. He recommended 3 different models that would work best for me (2 of which he didn’t even sell). I ended up buying one from him and he got it all set up perfectly too. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and great customer care.
Andrew was great at explaining some things about the bikes. I had a clear understanding of what I was test riding and buying. I highly recommend the personalized service.
