Made an appointment through their Facebook advertisement with Mother in law. She showed up for her appointment she received multiple emails confirming, and was told no appointment in the books. According to the child receptionist, the Facebook advertisement scheduler does not work with their internal schedule. When I stated they needed to convey it’s not working, receptionist argues ‘it works fine for our clients who already bought our packages’.
