We were completely satisfied and impressed with the service from Durrell! He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional in every way. We needed to cover a pool bath door and he helped us choose the perfect solution. The pleated shade lets us see out clearly most of the time, but is easy to pull down for privacy when needed. Would highly recommend Durrell for any window covering needs!
Working with Durrell and Love is Blinds was an amazing experience! Everything was straightforward, the communication was prompt and helpful, and the end result was the perfect finishing touch to our home. First of all I must comment on how beautiful my blinds look! They are exactly what our Gainesville sales guy told us they would be. Easy to use and quiet. Love the fact that the motors for the blinds have a lifetime warranty ! Amazing!! Secondly I also must comment about Durrell, the installer. We had Love Is Blinds come to our home and install custom roller shades. Our living room and front room look Amazing! We talked through custom blinds and custom plantation shutters but ultimately loved how roller shades would maximize the view of our windows. We are also SO HAPPY that we paid a little bit more to get the automated roller shades. If you are in the Denton or Justin area, I wouldn't hesitate recommending Love Is Blinds at all! I am so lucky to have found Love Is Blinds! They did exactly what I had asked for and kept me updated on my order. Everything came in as scheduled. I had 3 custom-sized window coverings (shades) installed and I am very happy with the quality They are very reasonable on price compared to multiple other quotes I had received. The team was professional and friendly to work with and I would not hesitate to use them again.
