I’ve attended both group and individual breathwork sessions with Ursula, and she is truly a master of her craft. Ursula knows how to hold space for a group while making each participant feel deeply safe, seen, and loved. Her attention to detail is exquisite, from the way she makes eye contact and ensures everyone has what they need, to the sacred cacao ceremony that closes each session.
