It's been 5 months now, they took deposit for bespoke sofa and laminate flooring, they did flooring 3 week ago, totally rubbish,joiner were so rude and not did the job properly.they did chip flooring from so many places and beading looks rubbish,they didn't even cut proper. Still waiting for sofa,been 5 months now.i do call them never pick my phone up.messaged them they don't reply.went their shop in Halifax and Bradford,he just giving me time and don't give my deposit back.i am fed up with all this to going there and ringin... read more
Not happy with flooring they have done in my house i have chased them up so many times phoned them but instead all they can do is blank the call. They don't know how to fit floor boards on its only bin 2years and it's already starting to lift they can't even do the beading properly poor quality you pay money for the product and fitting and they do such a poor job. I've brought alot ov stuff from them before but I will not be buying nothing nomore as it's my money going down the waste
