My son was having multiple issues with noisy breathing, slow eating (even from a bottle) and extremely painful latching. Upon doing research I was sure he had a tongue and lip tie. I made an appointment with Dr Balwali at Southwest Ohio ENT. He looked at my son's mouth using a tongue depresser for literally 2 minutes and said "that's basically nothing, the lip tie is a little more severe but I'm not convinced it would make a difference.
