Nicki the owner lacks empathy and is very rude. My sister was there a little over 2 weeks. She went in with dementia and passed away 2 weeks later?? Nicki had a meeting with the family, she talked to us like we were kids telling us how ashamed she was of us. She should be ashamed of herself and the care my sister received....

My brother in law spent his last several years at this wonderful home after bouncing around at several other “lesser” facilities. We felt blessed to have found Nikki and their wonderful staff at Loving Care homes. They make the residents lives just like being at home. Activities, celebrations, and care that was indeed, loving. Like the name says! The food was always home cooked and balanced - even though he balked at his veggies sometimes! This place is simply amazing. It's much better than a big nursing home. It's very clean and spacious. They took great care of my Mom. The staff is so kind and caring, they became like family to us.

Nikki and her staff at Love and Care III were absolutely amazing! They took such good care of my mother while she lived there. They truly made it feel like home for her, and treated all of us like one big family. The home was always very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this home or any of Nikki's other homes, to anyone needing additional assistance for their loved one.
