Drove down all the way from central Kentucky and had a wonderful experience! I brought 2 of my employees with me to treat them to a special day and that’s exactly what it was! Rachel was great setting up our appointments and sharing her knowledge while there, very easy to work with. James did our TruFlex treatments and was absolutely amazing in all facets of executing the treatments, and made all 3 of us very comfortable. I am SO happy!!! Rachel and Deb are such pros! I was feeling a bit oldish and wanted to have a “freshen up” for the new year. Everyone was so sweet and professional, I felt safe and in good hands, very important when people are touching your face. I had two threads in each check and one in my jawline. No bruising to speak of, Rachel was amazing at telling me step by step about the process.
