Rosario's down the street lied about the service I was paying for, over charges me for what I received and it did not fix the problem. Lou's handled it professionally for a better price. Walking into Lou's, coming from Rosario's felt like leaving a dark place where I could barely think to a much friendlier place where I could engage , get a diagnosis I could actually look up in my phone if I needed to, and they treatd the other people in the shop the same way. Prices were great, everyone in the shop before me was happy.
Exceptional service , pricing and personalities.
The employees were pleasant enough when I took my car in and explained the issue and what would have to be done. I then left the car for them to take measurements and find parts to make up a quote. They didn't call me back, which they said they would, to indicate I could pick the car up so I had to chase them. They then didn't ever call back with a quote for the repairs despite me then chasing them again. Communication is fairly bad with no admin staff. I ended up going elsewhere.
Thank you so much to the guys at Lou’s, from walking in not knowing a thing about exhausts, to coming out with exactly what I wanted!! Thanks to Jay for putting my vision to life & making the process fast and simple. Will be going back for other projects with them!! Highly Recommend!
