Worked with these folks a couple years ago to lose weight, it's not easy but if you stuck to what they ask you to do it works. Lost almost 80 pounds and have a totally different outlook on food. Ask questions and know what you're signing up for at the start!
DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about why you have to reschedule appointments or accidentally had to miss appointments. I had to miss / cancel appointments due to I was having Mental Health issues and because of that they will not take me. Does not matter that I am now doing a whole lot better.
