My great grandmother, and my grandmother both were at Lord’s at almost the same time and the care that they both received was honestly more than I could ever ask for for my grandparents. I am truly grateful and satisfied with the love and the care that they received and that we received every time we came to visit they are so happy there. They love their daily activities and they praise about the staff every time we come and see them, which is on a weekly basis. Recently my 91 yr old mother was released from the hospital and transferred to Lourdes for further rehabilitation. The Physical Therapy department was absolutely amazing, and my 91 yr old mother quickly overcame her broken bones with their help to progress to walking again. The help and nursing care was awesome. Given the fact that my mom has experienced 2 other rehab centers in the past, I understand the difference from an okay place and a very good one. My mom moved into an apartment in Fox Manor at Lourdes 3 weeks ago. The halls, dining room, laundry, trash area and all other areas within the building are kept very clean. She enjoys eating her meals in the dining room. The staff is beyond helpful, kind and incredibly patient with everyone. She has been made to feel so welcome by staff and residents alike!
