I went for help for a specific reason and I was able to walk without limping within the first two weeks of therapy. My therapist,Jessica,was spot-on with the routines which I continue to do at home. Therapy didn't go longer than necessary. I had a very pleasant experience with Lourdes(now Guthrie)PT.
