Re-considering 1 star, we bought 1 dining table over 3 weeks ago today. Still not delivered as of today? Called them to get the run around, "sorry was on holiday", "umm now its the truck delayed", "umm its the factory. No communication for first 2 weeks other than us calling them. Customer service level I have not seen before. A simple suggestion would of been to call the factory to confirm earlier for delivery of goods whilst liasing and communicating to the customer, its not that difficult. terrible bought a lounge $5000 lasted 12 months asked about warranty was told over used so when buying a lounge from these people put it in the lounge room and only look at it But don't use it?
