I recently purchased a couch, and while the price was reasonable, the service was disappointing. We were promised the couch would be fully wrapped and ready for pickup at a specific time. However, only half of it was brought to the pickup spot. My husband had to carry the other half a 2-meter corner piece across the warehouse to the door himself. This was not what we expected and made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.

I recently brought the Boston leather lounge from Lounges Plus and found them great to deal with when arranging to get the lounge delivered to Queensland , it was well protected and easy to assemble. I am very happy with the quality and would 100% recommend this company .
