Great experience. Communication well beyond most. Received messages with a delivery date, reminders and on the day a message with a link to see where driver was and a time estimate. Brilliant. And, the item we purchased is lovely.
We are extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with Lounge Lovers. Our order was delayed four times (see screenshots). Each time our order was delayed we were promised there would be no further delays. We were offered no compensation for the delays, or any reason/explanation for the delays. We wouldn't recommend Lounge Lovers to anyone, until they fix their delivery issues and work on their empty promises to customers. I just wanted to personally email you back and say how wonderful Kuki was with todays delivery. I have had a lot of delivery come in and out of this apartment over the last ten years I have lived here and todays delivery with Kuki and Lounge Lovers would be the best to date. He was a true professional and nothing was an issue. He got all the boxes up a very narrow staircase and was so accommodating. Five stars
Excellent range of high quality furniture. Really good selection even though the showroom doesn't seem that big. Prices are mid-range but very good value for the quality. Staff are helpful without being pushy.
If I could give minus 10 stars I would. After one week of having this sofa it began to bubble and look like old. I contacted customer services immediately, they sent me a fabric shaver machine. After using the machine for a week it didn’t work and the sofa continues to bubble. I explained to them I wasn’t informed that this would happens to the sofa and if I knew I wouldn’t have purchased this sofa.
