Went to Lounge Lovers in a Sunday - knew what I wanted, purchased at great sale price with a delivery promo. Had the couch delivered and set up by Thursday! Loved the automated delivery text comms and live tracking updates. 10/10. Biz tip to make it a 12/10 - give me the option to take my old couch away and give it to a business live ReLove who help people in need with homewares!
Just received the Alice couch. The store staff was helpful and easy to deal with. The delivery guys were the absolute best after I stitched them up.
