From showroom to dining room without a glitch. This is my second purchase from Lounge Lovers and I’ve been nothing but impressed. Elise was amazingly helpful - and patient - talking through all of my choices with me. I felt heard and respected, not pushed into buying more than I needed for now. Arron delivered my chairs punctually with a smile. I will definitely be back.
The Lounge Lovers team at richmond were great to deal with when choosing and delivering our Loft Mini modular lounge. Jenny kept us updated with delivery details and Farshad was not only early, but wonderful with my 93 year old Dad, our person on site. The couch looks great, can't wait to enjoy it for many years to come
Couch is amazingly comfortable, arrived in great condition and the delivery guys were amazing too. No complaining, head down and got the job done up tough flights of stairs. Sales rep was super helpful, gave me all the info I needed and helped clarify any questions I had. Process was so smooth and easy and delivery was quick!
Lounge lovers were wonderful. They offered assistance but did not bother us at all when we just wanted to browse. They even invited us to bring our small (well behaved) dogs in to let us browse together 😊😊 The quality and price of the furniture was very good and then to finish it all off the delivery was not only prompt but ran like clockwork being given a time slot the day prior and tracking and a message when we were the next delivery. I could not fault anything. Thanks Richmond Lounge Lovers team. 😊😊
