Amazing service, from instore purchase to prompt and seamless delivery of my 'Lisa 3 seater couch & ottoman and the Otis dining table. My pieces were put together so quickly, cannot recommend lounge lovers Carlton highly enough.
DO NOT BUY FROM LOUNGE LOVERS as they oversell their stock. I actually visited this pop up store to view a sofa in person and the staff were stand offish and a bit rude to other customers. Looking at other reviews, I purchased a sofa that was "In Stock" online to avoid shipping issues. and was sent a confirmed date for delivery. A few days later I received an email saying delivery is pushed out by a month. Bought a dining table and it was absolutely rubbish. The benchtop is unstable and support team is completely useless and saying nothing wrong with it . Reported to Consumer Affairs Victoria. Avoid this shop
