Very happy with the service provided by Oscar in delivering our sofa. He kept us informed and was very polite, professional and efficient at delivering and assembling it. Arrived exactly when he advised he would.
Beyond excellent service, we had to cancel our delivery at short notice due to an emergency, Lounge Lovers staff were super helpful. Delivery was a breeze, I was able to track which meant I wasn't stuck waiting at home all day! Very happy customer.
