Excellent advice and service. Lounge suite made to specification and delivered and assembled ahead of time. Big thankyou to Leanne at Lounge Lovers.
Pieces were great. The biggest difference was the customer service. First order was a slight stain different. Luckily whilst talking to Andrea from the Cheltenham showroom. An exchange could quickly be made. New table swapped out in the same week!
Great stylish range of quality furniture at a very reasonable price. The sales and delivery process was exceptional with clear communication and text messaging throughout. We'll be back for more!
Have had delivered a desk and chair. They look amazing. The quality is excellent. I have been impressed with my many purchases from Lounge Lovers. Much has been purchased with a sale discount. Prices are so fair and reasonable. Store policy is of the best going. If you have an issue you can change within 21 days. Had a feature chair delivered for the bedroom that looked too big in position. No problem - it was changed over so quickly. I recommend Lounge Lovers unconditionally. Visit the Cheltenham Store.
Well informed and updated as to arrival time for order. Deliverers were friendly and considerate of property
