My shopping experience with these guys has been horrendous from the get-go, I walked in and asked about the available Sofas that were available for dispatch within 5 days as advertised and they had guided me to a few models with 3 colors of each being available "Locally" and ready for dispatch. Recently brought the Lisa chaise and spoke with the sales assistant and questioned whether this piece ever goes on sale / is it going to be on sale soon, she replied “no I’ve never seen this piece on sale, it never goes sale and we only have one left in stock so best to buy today” only for us to see two weeks late the same couch is $700 cheaper. If I could give Lounge Lovers customer service a lower rating, I would. We were told delivery of our furniture would occur within 4-6 weeks. 5 months later and three postponements in delivery, we still don’t have our product. Lounge Lovers customer service have told us our good we’re stuck on a ship, only to find out later that’s that was incorrect. When we asked for compensation their response was “we can deliver your dining table now and the chairs later”. What use is a dining table without chairs? It’s pathetic. I’d never... read more
Still do not have a couch. Got told it would be delivered on the 18th and now they have said it’ll be another 3+ weeks after on the 13th of February it’ll reach their warehouse. We made the order on the 27/01 got told three weeks but now closer to seven weeks. Currently sitting on a bean bag typing this review.
