From the service buy the item I wanted down to the delivery has been 5 stars. People at the shop were helpful and took there time and Jack my delivery driver was on time and polite and explained everything to me. Amazing service.
everything was delivered and set up cery well
I purchased the Ollie coffee Table online. I was a bit hesitant due to mixed reviews about quality, customer service & delivery but was pleasantly surprised. The communication was on point and item was delivered on the day I booked in. My only feedback is about the photos representing the coffee table colour were not 100% accurate but very happy overall.
Andrew and lounge lovers as a whole are great to deal with. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service.
