The whole team at lounge lovers have been great to deal with - From the moment we got a quote, through to payment, and even the delivery updates! The boys (Aeron and another guy) who delivered it were also fabulous
Good quality solid bar stools that are perfect for a family with young children. Very happy with the purchase. The customer service throughout the process was great, from sales to delivery. The communication on delivery date, timeframe, tracking and message 10 minutes before arrival was outstanding. Especially helpful when working around a sleeping baby. Would definitely purchase from Lounge Lovers again.
I ordered the U cove dining table online expecting a white European oak as shown in the photos and description. What arrived was a yellow-toned table with engravings, completely different and very cheap looking. Customer support is offshore, clearly following a script, and offered no help. They dismissed it as a change of mind, eventhough the product is not what was shown and offered store credit and charged me another $159 for collection and reassembly. Terrible experience, poor quality - beware.
