It Seems I’m not the only unsatisfied customer who has been affected by extremely bad fabric pilling on their sofa! My couch is extremely itchy to sit on and cannot be used as sofa to lounge on! Because it’s unbearably uncomfortable to do so. The piling effect far exceeds lounge lovers fabric care label that states “pilling can occur occasionally” I would not have purchased the product had I known this to be a major issue with the sofa that deems this product unusable. WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - they do not care about their customers. They provide misleading/deceptive conduct which is illegal in Australia. Be careful as the items online are actually not in stock so you’ll be delayed 6 months or even more with your deliveries and after reading the real reviews - they state that they are 100% Australian owned but the items are from overseas.
