Customer service was nothing short of amazing! From my initial call at the Castle Hill store, placing an order to delivery was simple, no fuss, no hassle. The team are pleasant to deal with and given peace of mind with delivery updates. Product quality met my expectations and was easy to put together. Highly recommended and will definitely order from here again.

Happy to take your money I have a carpet cleaning business and I've never come across a lounge like this, the material is terrible, I've only had it for one year and feels like a 4 year old lounge All the feathers are coming out I rang there head office and all that they said was to plump up the cushions The warranty wasnt out of date and they said that there's nothing that they can do and go and get your own feathers and fill it up yourself Absolutely disgusting
Great service by the castle hill team. The occasional chairs that I bought was beautiful quality very comfy too.
