Walked into LL Carlton, greeted politely enough by manager Johnny — but the mask slipped fast. Found a clearance floor model clearly tagged “must be picked up within 7 days” — perfect, we’ll take it now. Efficient & caring Staff at Lounge Lovers- Support centre & warehouse, all pro active with advice & service
Very helpful staff (Jonny) in Eligin St warehouse. It was great to be able to take an item home to see it in place, which we did for dining chairs. Delivery was on time and sharing tracking of the driver's location made it easy to plan to be home.
Awesome from the walk into the store to delivery, can't fault these guys.
