We bought 2 large items from Lounge Lovers Carlton. The staff were always great and very helpful and got in touch when items we had expressed interest in became available. Delivery was prompt both times with notifications and estimated times every step of the way so no time was wasted waiting around.
Great buying experience at the store, delivery and assembly was flawless. Would have preferred if the delivery operators removed their shoes, but apart from that, a great experience.
