Purchased a lounge suite on Friday, delivered Monday. The whole experience with Lounge Lovers from in-store, follow up and delivery, was excellent.
We were so happy with the sales service and delivery of our Long Beach lounge. We needed a lounge asap and Lounge Lovers came to the rescue. We would happily recommend Lounge Lovers to Everyone
I bought something at Lounge Lovers and it wasn't suitable so they will give a store credit if contacted within 21 days which I think is great
We had excellent service in the store when we went several times to purchase our furniture. We were kept informed when it was to be delivered and we could keep track of when it was expected on the day. Overall a very seamless experience .
Excellent experience at Loungelovers. I purchased a dining suite, sofa, and sofa bed, and Roxanne was incredibly helpful in guiding my choice — even opening each sofa bed for me. For a small fee everything was delivered and assembled. Highly recommend!
