When visiting the premises, there's an offer for "same day delivery" or "delivered today". the couch we wanted was "in stock". yet, that can't be delivered for 15 days. that's very misleading and false advertising !

We purchased chairs from the Belrose store and the service was professional and friendly and the arrangement of delivery was explained very well. The communication around our delivery date was stress free and very easy when we had to reschedule our delivery date. Confirmation of delivery was sent out the day before and on the day we were able to track where the driver was so we knew exactly what time to be home. This was the best experience with a home delivery we have had. I would highly recommend Lounge Lovers to anyone!
Brilliant service & communication! unlike any furniture delivery experience I’ve had in the past. Lounge lovers treats customers how all furniture retailers should! Nice one guys :)
