Justin has been very helpful in finding the right couch for us, gave us a reasonable deal. It’s been a pleasant experience at lounge life.
Would give them a lower rating if it was possible. Been trying to sort an issue with them for a month regarding a sofa we bought, no reponse, the call centre people would promise an outcome, call backs, update: Nothing. The material is not good enough, did not even last 1 year. Still awaiting a response.
The consulting and overall buying experience was very professional. The two showroom consultants: Michael and John took a lot of time to help me make the correct purchasing decision!
Very poor delivery experience. I waited 3 months for my sofa and paid the remaining balance on 11 March. After payment, it took the delivery partner almost two weeks to respond, only to say they cannot guarantee a delivery day or time unless I pay $160 per hour (minimum 3 hours) for a “dedicated delivery”. This was never disclosed at the time of purchase, which is unacceptable when buying large furniture.
