Bad product followed by even worse customer service. Had 3 electrical issues reported, they took the lounge and still no refund after 12 weeks of requesting one. Look forward to the positive outcome from Fair Trading. Buyer beware I guess!!!

We came to Lounge life just to have a look at the lounges, but ended up buying one. Lydia helped us choose the lounge were looking for, they have a nice range of indoor and outdoor lounges. They do Made to order lounges. The staff is welcoming with nice range of lounges. Must visit store if you're planning to buy lounges.
We bought the Balmain Outdoor Setting from the Salisbury Lavita store this week. Yet to have the setting delivered (which is why there’s no photo) however on the day of purchasing we were very impressed by Howard; initially it was his phone manner but after arriving at the store it was his sales approach, knowledge and friendliness that impressed most. Would highly recommend ‘Team Salisbury’ to others considering both indoor and outdoor furniture.
