I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with these guys. I purchased lounges that barely lasted, the internal parts of the lojnges just broke through normal use and then when I contacted them to fix/replace it under the warranty, they made up some excuse saying that i apparently "may" have thrown something on the lounges or used them not as intended. ORDER#151589 || Dover Leather Recliner Corner Lounge Option B - Received sofa without side legs for recliner. I’m chasing customer care from Oct 1 to till date but no proper response . We are not using sofa still. They are not refunding the amount as well. Extremely disappointed with the service provided. The sofa has been delivered without a basic quality check. Bad product followed by even worse customer service. Had 3 electrical issues reported, they took the lounge and still no refund after 12 weeks of requesting one. Look forward to the positive outcome from Fair Trading. Buyer beware I guess!!!

John helped us and he was absolutely wonderful. He guided us in choosing the perfect recliner we were looking for, and he was incredibly patient, kind, and lovely throughout the entire process.
