We bought a lounge 8 years ago from lounge life still in fantastic shape , have recommended everyone I know to buy from here absolutely amazing quality, amazing prices and best of all the best customer service. Currently buying a new lounge from here 😁
I just bought my couch last week the customer service was very good, a beautifully lady she saved me and she was very nice and also the quality of the couch is very good I've literally glad that I have been there I'm very satisfied with couch.
Terrible company, lounge arrived damage & they refused to replace it. Stay away from this company.
Pros: • Good collection of Lounges and Sofa • Really helpful staff. Shohrat Garg was patient to listen to all our requests and queries and her product knowledge helped us in identifying the right sofa and customizations needed. Cons: • Constant changes to policies • We were assured free storage since we were building a new home, but later the that changed to we will have to pay $175 days every month for storage.
