I bought a bedframe and mattress from Lounge it and I have not had one good nights sleep since the day I bought it 5 months ago. Besides having to wait over 3 months for delivery and not getting a discount for having to take the display model, because they didn't have another one in stock. Every day I wake up stiff and sore. I informed them of the problem within 3 days but I was told it was a soft mattress and it might take some time to settle. I asked for the manufacturer's details but was refused.
