Received a coffee table for christmas, when i assembled it was defective on arrival. The vendors response was to make accusations of accidental damage from a vacuum hose. Ironic the fact i use a dyson stick vacuum. Lounge and dining have provided no further assitance apart from making false and misleading statements. This is not in-line with the Australian consumer law and subsequently i have had to lodge a complaint in a hope they can rectify the situation. If you want any after sales supports avoid this business.

The best customer service and the quality of the products were excellent. The prices of the furniture were reasonable. I definitely recommend others to visit the store.
