Craig repaired both of our recliners recently. He replaced their actions and retensioned the springs and rejuvenated the foam cushioning. He also replaced and colour matched the seat base leather on one of them because it was cracked. His work on them is faultless. They are better than new and he was by far the best priced. Excellent good old fashioned service with a smile. Thankyou Craig.
While perhaps not a skill that sees him drowning in female attention, Craig is an expert in all things recliners. His knowledge and skillset mean he will be able to diagnose and fix almost any problem, and perhaps most importantly he prices himself competitively and fairly. I was grateful for his assistance and look forward to having him back to repair my other chairs.
After a couple of calls/messages and photo sharing, I received a quote and had agreed a date and time for pick up to repair a module recliner. Craig was a no show, with no call or message. My husband had taken 3 hours off work to be home at the pick up time to assist him carry the heavy recliner (so has lost 3 hours of his hourly rate). Very disappointing - If he didn't want the job just say so and not waste our time. Do not recommend.
Found Lounge and Recliner Doctor on Facebook. The only people to go to for repairs. Craig came around gave me a very affordable quote. Collected the recliner and within a week, all done & dusted.thank you Craig & your boys. My 20 year old recliner restored looking brand new. I highly recommend!!!!!
