Would not recommend. Craig installed replacement power controls on our recliner that are incorrectly wired making them operate in the reversed direction. This was never rectified despite advising him of such the same day of installation and on numerous further occasions. Despite stating he would return to review the issue, he never did. After a month of me chasing him, Craig then notified me of an additional issue whereby the supplier has stated a recall on this type of control switch due to overheating. Sent photos of the job, same day a quote and explanation of work to be undertaken was received. Contacted them as I had some questions, it was explained to me exactly what work would be done. Great service on time and an excellent job.
We gave Craig a very worn 3 seater leather recliner with a huge tear in one headrest and plenty of wear and tear. The headrest was matched so well to the original and the whole couch was restored to look like new. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend! The first photo doesn’t show the damage clearly enough.
Amazing service today from Craig, my recliner tension snapped last night, I rang Craig this morning, he gave me a quote over the phone, turned up at 2.30, 1/2 early, which suited me, in and out, cannot get better service than that, I thought I would have to wait at least a week, and the price was nothing compared to a useless recliner or the cost of a new one, would absolutely call this company again if needed. Thank you so much
