Just stuffed me around for weeks and didn’t find the problem with my electric couch. Also cancelled 30 minutes after he was supposed to rock up and wanted to postpone it for another week after taking $260 for doing close to nothing for 3 straight weeks. Should have got a refund but didn’t. Please be aware before contacting this place that they don’t want your business and even if you are lucky enough for them to actually answer there phone then you’ll get treated like you’re an idiot. Craig and his son Jarrad are legends. Had them out to repair a reclining mechanism on our couch. The boys got the job done promptly and at a very reasonable price. Great blokes, would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their couch sorted!
