Tara was very helpful in helping me find a nice quality tile for my downstairs bathroom. She asked the right questions, and helped me find something I was very satisfied with while also sticking within my budget. She carried herself very professionally and I would recommend anyone to ask for Tara when stepping into Louisville Tile.
Last place in town to visit. We walked in to look at tile selection there were three employee nobody greeted us. We walked around the store looked at some tiles waited for someone to walkup and say something.. everyone were busy on their screen.. we started walking out and still no body care to ask if we needed help.. worst customer experience we had..
