Dropped off 2 jackets to get embroidery on them, was told 2 weeks. Called after 3 weeks, was told will be another week or so. Called again after 5 weeks, still not ready but will be ready by the end of the week. Stopped by today -:the last day of week 6 - THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED ON THEM. I just said give them back I'll go somewhere else. Anybody got any recommendations?
Needed pins for my letterman's jacket, and they accommodated my needs at the last minute. Very nice.
