I can't get enough of this place! Sit inside the salt room and feel yourself breathe better. It's like a scrub brush for your lungs. Recline in a zero gravity chair with a blanket and enjoy some well deserved YOU time. Also check out the room sprays, cold and flu oils, gorgeous salt lamps and more.

I’d like to share that I’m no stranger to the Louisville Salt Cave. Several years ago before Covid I often did monthly practitioner events at the Salt Cave and was able to appreciate the benefits of Halotherapy. Just this week with the new ownership and re-opening of the cave, I attended the practitioner open house and was given a mini Halotherapy session.
