We are living in a busy world where stress and it’s hustle and bustle can be overwhelming. It was a great experience! I feel like I really got my money’s worth and they sell crystals and other things at the Salt Cave that are reasonably priced.
I've spent most of my adult life advocating the holistic approach to health and wellness. No matter how you live it, LIFE throws us all stressful curveballs. This was such a peaceful, relaxing experience, I will be back often. My friend fell asleep lol. The young lady at the desk was amazing, very kind. The energy in the whole place was very good. I felt the effects after one session, breathing better, sinuses open! Loved it.
