I paid $4000 for a living room suit and delivery charges. They noted they would contact me, meaning have a physical conversation with me about when they were on their way to deliver the furniture. I have been patiently waiting for bedroom furniture set I ordered and paid for in February, 2021. It's mid October now so 8 months later. I got a call last weekend from LOW that the manufacturer discontinued what I ordered and that I could select different items. The place has a GREAT selection and nice furniture. BUT check and DOUBLE CHECK that they give you the right items. We bought 2 large pieces and after struggling to get them off our truck into our house we find that they are the wrong color. Fortunately, the place did stay late for us to exchange BIT offered us nothing as compensation for the very inconvenient and heavy lifting ordeal.
