I can’t login to your site, I can’t call you all because your call line says it’s closed when it’s open, & this is all over you all harassing me for proof that I paid my local taxes in 2023 for year 2022, which I have already paid. You couldn’t have let me know that you didn’t have it years ago when I had the bank statements? You’re giving me 6 more days or you’re threatening to audit me? I read the reviews and figured there’s no way they can be that bad . Well, they really are that incompetent . This is by far the worst experience i’ve ever had with taxes . If you all want money make it easy for people to pay you. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful . With the attitude they have and how difficult they make it don’t pay until they send you mail or call you . They want their money but make it very difficult to pay . Horrible, im getting a tax bill that is not for me. I've called several times and provided all the information to show its not me and still getting the bill. Not only that they are using a name i haven't had in almost 20 years.

This entire department is disorganized and incompetent. There is no connection between what you do online and what they actually receive--everything has to be done on paper and over the phone, and then will have to be done again because they process things so slowly. Employees are bored and rude, and will simply read you the paper you've already received in the mail, rather than explain anything to you. They do not make it easy to do business in Louisville, which is a shame for such an up and coming city.

I've submitted a form to receive my business license. I've waited over a month and everytime I ask when I will receive it they delay it to another date. So I'm stuck here waiting for my business license; and I have the possibility of getting $3,000-$4,000 a week job. The only thing holding me back is you. Do your job.
