How did anyone give these people a star? Look at this place look at these rose. I’ve been sitting at the Gene Snyder and Shelbyville Road now for 30 minutes. So you know how I feel right now. They put way too many people out on the east side to ruin it because that’s their plan is to ruin the east end of Louisville

Complete displeasure to talk to. Very rude and sent me a violation she referred to the land development code which I read the section that concerned my property. The person I spoke to was dismissive and very arrogant. Referred her colleague about the issue and her colleague informed me what she claimed wasn't in the land development code. Unnerving to enforce violations that are not even violations.

I'm just here to say that the security guard at the entrance is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. You can't help but have a smile on your face after dealing with him!
