Everybody is great there. They’re so cooperative and they’re so willing to work with you.
Louisville Gardens partnered with Crossroads Hospice to care for our brother during his final days. Everyone on their team - their nurses, maintenance staff, aides, and administration were very compassionate, helpful and supportive. They even worked to provide a private room for our brother due to his circumstances. They made a difficult time easier. Their day nurse - Doug - was awesome and did everything to make my brother's passing more peaceful.
Lack of parking for visitors
I can truly say my father has been blessed to be at this amazing nursing home. He was extremely nervous about being in a nursing home but everyone's kindness and helpfulness cured that. I can not thank the staff , physical therapy, Admissions director, nursing staff and activities director he absolutely has a blast. Sincerely Ken & Robbie Meredith
